Swaffham Counselling and Psychotherapy Practice was established by Barbara O'Hanlon.
Barbara trained as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist with the Refugee Therapy Centre in London. She has worked for many years with individuals experiencing a variety of difficulties, such as domestic abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety and more complex mental health issues.
In addition to her private practice, Barbara works as a counsellor for the One to One Project, a charitable organisation in Kings Lynn, and as a therapist with the Purfleet Trust, a charity that supports homeless people. She has an MA in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from the University of East London, is a member of the Forum for Independent Psychotherapists, and is registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
